Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, clearance, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please review the product specifications and details carefully before making your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please email us at support@charityboost.site with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged in transit.
